We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, including standard ground
shipping, expedited shipping, delivery within a 50-mile radius, and in-store
pickup. Customers can choose their preferred method at checkout.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the eBike
or safety equipment being shipped and the destination. Customers will see the
shipping cost during checkout before finalizing their order.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping
typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options may arrive within 2-3
business days. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays,
weather or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Packaging
All eBikes and safety equipment will be securely packaged to prevent damage
during transit. We use specialized boxes designed for shipping eBikes to ensure
they arrive in perfect condition.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations regarding lithium-ion batteries, eBikes with batteries over
300Wh require special handling. These batteries must be shipped by a hazmat-
certified shipper, and customers will need to confirm shipping arrangements with
us prior to purchase.
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking
information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We may explore options for
international shipping in the future.
8. Returns and Damages
If your eBike or safety equipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery. We willl work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
